The pool will get debris in it and the guests will need to use the net to clean the pool on a periodic basis as the cleaner cant get everything and with wind/storms and the trees and bushes around the pool.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS UP TO 6 GUESTS WITH CURRENT RENT PRICE. THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA $150 PERSON CHARGE OVER 6 GUESTS - UP TO 8 GUEST MAXIMUM.
Unfortunately cable and internet outages can happen often and are beyond the Owner/Property Manager's control.
