Our Cancelation Policy is 10% of the reservation amount or $150.00 whichever is greater. There are no exceptions to this policy and applies to all reservations.
Video Surveillance Disclosure: The property has two cameras placed in the courtyard and driveway garage area to monitor the exterior of the home. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, and guests disregarding maximum occupancy allowed. In no way does the camera infringe upon the guests' expectations of privacy in this public area of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.
The owner and owner's family have severe allergies to pets. Guests need to disclose prior to booking if they have Service/ESA animals. Out of courtesy, we highly encourage looking for an alternate home that allows pets. Not disclosing pets poses a direct threat to the health or safety of the owner and the owner's family.

The Casita is not rented when the Main House is occupied. This is not a shared property. This property is private to guests renting just the Main House or to guests renting Main House and Casita.
Pool heat is optional. Please let your property manager know you would like pool heat. You will then receive the pool/spa disclosure and pool heating costs.
*This property has a heat pump for pool heat and may not be able to reach a comfortable temperature in the winter months.

The main house features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The Casita features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a separate kitchen and living room. This home has a private pool and tennis court. This beautiful home has Moroccan doors, an incredible kitchen, stainless steel and black appliances, gas stove, granite counter with back splash.
Stunning master bedroom has huge walk-in closet, solar tube skylight. Bathrooms have been remodeled, vessel sink, jetted tubs.

Over half acre, has fabulous yard with covered patio, tennis court, fireplace, double BBQs, 3 car garage and more! Within walking distance to schools.
Pool Size: It has a surface area of 520 sq ft, is 34' long and the width varies from about 21' and 16'-6". The depth is 5' at the deepest and 3'-6" and 4' at the ends.
We require a completed application with all guest names and copies of identification/driver's license for all guests over 18 years of age.
